Mums and Bubs Classes are designed to revamp your post baby body. This involves teaching you: how to activate and get strong the key pelvic floor muscles and abdominal muscles

 Improved abdominal and pelvic floor strength

 Improved posture and muscle tone;  Reduced back pain

 Get rid of LBL (light bladder leakage) with coughing, sneezing, walking, running
