How to Start the Sessions? 

Step One: Book an Appointment  

  • CALL US ON (07) 5596 4866 or use our easy booking form on this page (or any other pages) to book your first appointment 

Step Two: Acclimatisation  

  • As the first step, physiotherapists do an initial assessment of the state of the body and status of the medical condition. general health, medical history, previous medical conditions, records of physical activities, and lifestyle will be taken into consideration   
  • An exercise program will be designed that best suits the body 
  • Simple exercise regimes to work at home  
  • Question and answer sessions to provide more clarity of thinking and on approach towards the Clinical Pilates program and general fitness  
  • After attending a fixed number of sessions, attendees are free to turn up in their own time 

Step Three: Classes  

  • The first class of Pilates can be started on day one 
  • Classes can be attended in groups of 6, 10, or 20 (depends on the schedule) 
  • Regularly attending the classes can strengthen your core to the best levels
