I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, attending the University of the Western Cape for my physiotherapy degree.

My favourite clinical areas include treating sports-related injuries, headaches, and general aches and pains. I have an interest in post-operative rehabilitation and neuro-rehabilitation (post-stroke, spinal cord injuries, etc.). I have good experience with sporting and orthopaedic rehabilitation and enjoy seeing people improve through these sometimes long processes.

I have completed extra post-graduate courses in Wheelchair seating specifics and Foundation and Advanced Dry Needling Courses. I utilise dry needling with clients to achieve quick and long-lasting results.

My personal hobbies are playing sports; rugby union and cricket, mount biking, squash, and anything outdoors.
